Quilting Project

 I have been working on a quilt since 2011. It is a project I began in November that year and ever since have been coming back to it little by little and adding onto it. I began with only the fabric and left over stuffing from a school pillow making project in family studies class for junior high. I loved this little fabric shop near my grandmother's house in the valley and looking at all the patterns makes it almost impossible to choose the right one for yourself that you will continue to love down the road. However, I am quite satisfied with the purple flowery fabric younger me has chosen to make the colourful splotches that I presume are trees or bushes. (photo I took of the quilt after it has been folded in my closet for a while)  I cut out these round shapes and stuffed them to give the quilt a 3-D dimension off the rolling hills of green fabric. Short Story about a Storm

Dear Readers,  I have yet another short story I wrote in the past to share with you today. This one I wrote when I was a barely a preteen and then proceeded to use it in a school assignment in grade eight. I will be editing out a few details as it was written when I was just a kid, so do forgive any child-like telling here.
